Abstract: At TestingTime, I gain great insights on what type of user research methods are applied by our customers. During 2016 we observed interesting trends on how user research methods changed, especially the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.
Which user research methods are popular today and what will be tomorrow. Why user research methods changed over the past year and how I believe they will be used in the upcoming years.
